From July 24th to 27th, 2025, the shores of Lake Minnewaska will come alive with the vibrant energy of Waterama. For nearly seven decades, this festival has been the highlight of Glenwood's summer, bringing together locals and visitors for a spectacular array of events. This year's 69th annual celebration continues the tradition with beloved favorites and exciting new additions.

Get ready for the grand parade, a dazzling spectacle of floats and community pride. Witness the grace of the Senior Queen competition, cheer on the whimsical pontoon parade as it glides across the lake, or challenge your friends in sand volleyball, pickleball, and tennis tournaments. For those who enjoy a lively toss, the ASB bean bag toss is a must, and the kiddie parade ensures even the littlest Waterama enthusiasts have their moment in the spotlight. Runners can hit the pavement in the annual road race, and new for 2025, young athletes can hone their skills at the Youth Softball Clinic. Waterama is more than just a festival; it's a reflection of Glenwood's vibrant community spirit.
