When sharing the story of Rolling Forks Vineyard, the first thing Melanie Chilar does is give credit to their roughly 25 staff members. “We couldn’t do this alone,” she says, “our tasting room manager, JoLee Boysen, and assistant winemaker, Darrien Wallin, are key players, along with the rest of the staff. Our wine makers are given the freedom to do what’s best for that year’s grapes and it shows in our wines.”

Rolling Forks Vineyards, a rising star in Minnesota's wine-making scene, has once again proven its prowess by capturing top honors at the prestigious San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition, the largest competition of North American wines. This achievement marks the third consecutive year the winery has received a Double Gold medal, solidifying its position as a leader in the state's wine industry by entering only Minnesota-grown, Minnesota-made wines.

The competition, which attracted over 1,000 entries from 17 countries, is widely regarded as the most important wine competition in Latin America.
