• Blending 101:  Discover the secrets of structure, balance, acidity, and aroma profile construction straight from our winemaker.
• Component Tasting Trials: Sample unreleased, single-varietal barrel and tank lots to understand what each grape contributes to the final blend.
• The Blending Lab: Use graduated cylinders and pipettes to experiment with custom ratios until you discover your perfect flavor signature.
• Hand-Bottling & Labeling: Once your recipe is finalized, hand-fill, cork, capsule, and custom-label your personal creation.
• Take-Home Masterpiece: Walk away with a custom 750ml bottle of your personal blend to cellar or showcase at your next dinner party.
