Donut Drip Cake Workshop with Little Cakes

This is for all of the cake-loving bakers who want to get a little more serious about their cake decorating! Wether you love to bake for others out of your home or just want to try something new, this is a fun, hands-on course that anyone can enjoy. You will learn all of the skills LittleCakes owner, Amanda, uses for every one of her cakes in a step-by-step process alongside her. You will also learn all of the cake decorating tips and tricks to a perfectly smooth/level cake that she has learned in the last 8+ years of her cake decorating journey. This class is for ages 13+.

These are the skills you will know how to do by the end of the night:
-Make a Level a cake
-Crumb-coat, stack, and frost a 3-layer cake
-How to get the perfect Chocolate Ganache drip
-How to add and secure toppings

What’s included with your ticket?
-a 6″ 3-layer Vanilla Almond cake to decorate and then take home to enjoy (please specify if you need GF)
-recipe for Chocolate Ganache and Vanilla Buttercream
-your chance to ask any decorating questions!
-all tools/supplies to create the cake
