Agreement Details

I understand that club membership is a ONE YEAR commitment.
I understand I will be charged $50 for an early cancellation.
Credit card will be charged prior to each shipment.
Wine club memberships are non-transferable.
Club orders must be customized before the deadline.
An adult signature is required at time of delivery.
Orders not collected within 12 months will be forfeit.
Cancellations and any changes to my membership must be made in writing (email accepted) at least two weeks prior to the next shipment.
